BLACK RUSSIAN TERRIER
VARIAS - Best of Opposite
Varias was being very bad!  I think he watched the Tibetan Mastiff, or was it the Leonberger, in groups at the Garden, trying to eat his handler's coat pocket during the down and back and go-round.
Breed & Group Judge Dr. Eric Liebes

HAVANESE
Bunny - 1st, Winners Bitch, Major.
TAFFY - Select

Thank You (I think) Breed Judge Troy Dargin
Group Judge Keke Kahn

Dave could have just about stayed home today.
Our original Havanese breed Judge was Keke Kahn.
We had a judge change to Troy Dargin.
We pulled Midas as we knew he wasn't Mr. Dargin's type, dare I say, maybe we were wrong?
We kept the girls entered, Bunny in BBE, and Taffy in BOB.  Dargin should love both girls.  Bunny has an awesome ADULT coat, Taffy's is beautiful and changing from puppy to adult.  SO…I don't know if it was during the BBE class or during Winners Bitch, he checked the standard.  Bunny wins the BBE class and then the major.  Dargin says, yes says out loud, he doesn't like her coat.  THEN WHY GIVE HER THE MAJOR, OR ANY WIN AT ALL?  There was an entry of 10 bitches, plenty more to choose from.  If you don't like her, don't do me any favors!  Or were you saying you like the other nine even less?  Slap in the face to good dogs, no matter how you look at it.

Now that I have re-read the previous paragraph, it really doesn't matter if he LIKES her coat, the question is this:
"Is it correct by the standard?"

So, I am going with this from my heart:  Although Mr. Dargin did not personally like Bunny's coat, he judged to the standard and put up the most deserving bitch.  THANK YOU.

But I have to finish this from the heart:

OK, I don't feel much better, but have deleted the rest of what I typed.  Got it off my chest, but not ready to go there in public.

Still love you Troy.
