Grove, Oklahoma Dog Show
It wasn't a bad weekend in Grove. Actually, it went quite well. Grove is a nice little 4-day show that too many handlers are discovering.
Yoshi's Blooming White "Camillia" aka Camillia - a class Bichon Frise bitch went Winners Thursday, Friday and Saturday. She is singled out so was not shown on Sunday.
CH That's A Royal Velvet Tunia Wave, aka Tunia - awarded Select Dog Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Not shown on Sunday. About 3/4 of the way to his Grand Championship. Only needs singles.
CH Gingerbred The Final Rose aka Vienna - a class Havanese bitch, finally got her last major Sunday!
NEW CHAMPION.
AM GCH CAN CH Adorabull That's Better Than Sex aka ROCHÉ - Went Best of Breed, 3 out of 4 days, and was awarded a Group 1 on Sunday, under Judge Keke Kahn.
BEST IN MATCH - Our Desi - Boo (CH Thats Right Out of the Box) puppy girl was shown at the Grove B-Match on Friday night. She is channeling her sister Selena (CH That's Adorabull's Dreaming of You) and is a beautiful little show girl! Her nerves are pretty good too, since there was a Frenchie puppy behind her in the BIM ring that did not stop barking the entire time. Yes, I didn't list her name. Right now we call her Daisi, but it might be changing to Cera.

Claremore Kennel Club Dog Show
BIS MBISS AM GCH CAN CH Gingerbred Yukon Jack Desiderio, aka Desi. Desi's last 'regular' show weekend. The number 2 was significant for Desi for 2010: The #2 Havanese All-Breed, #2 Havanese Breed, #2 All-Breed Grand Champion, Desi won 2 National Specialties in 2 countries, the US and Canada. Desi had a great last weekend out: Best of Breed on Saturday and Sunday, and a Group 2 on Saturday and a Group 1 on Sunday. Only 1 thing could have made that last day better.
