I want to THANK everyone who has done so well with puppies that
they have gotten from us. Dave and I are
thrilled with your every win, (Yes, even when you beat us) and could not be
more proud. So many of you have done so
much, and I hope have enjoyed the ride.
I want to APOLOGIZE for those times, which I am sure exist but hope
have been very few and far between, when we might have missed an opportunity to congratulate you on a win, or reaching a milestone, or just a chance to give you moral support when you needed it.
Several years ago, we went through a situation with breeders who
did whatever they could to 'bad mouth' us, especially when we won. The problem: our pup would beat his parents.
That should be NO PROBLEM, for a breeder since the entire purpose of
breeding is to breed better than you have and that is what they did - multiple
times. They just couldn't see it. It was sad.
They did what a good breeder is supposed to do. Produce better dogs, and all they could see was that they were not winning with the parents.
OK, no you are asking yourself, why you are wasting time reading
this, and why is she rambling? I am very
sad about a breeder & co-owner who cannot bring himself to congratulate us
on some major wins. Not even one like on
any of the photos, brags, or ads that are on facebook.
What he doesn't get is, just like the aforementioned breeder,
all we are doing is having fun winning and advertising THEIR breeding
program. People can't buy a puppy from
us. We only have a male. Who are they going to go to for a puppy like
ours?
OUR BREEDERS!!!! Did we
piss them off by winning? I guess so.
